Kindergarten Coordinator

We are seeking a passionate and experienced **KG Coordinator** who can lead and inspire our kindergarten team while ensuring the highest standards of early childhood education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate all KG classes and activities.
- Guide and support KG teachers in curriculum planning and classroom management.
- Ensure the implementation of age-appropriate teaching methodologies and CBSE-aligned curriculum.
- Monitor student progress and development; implement strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Organize parent interactions, orientation programs, and other kindergarten-related events.
- Maintain a joyful, safe, and inclusive learning environment for young learners.
- Facilitate regular training and mentoring sessions for the KG team.
- Collaborate with school leadership to uphold institutional goals and academic excellence.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field (B.Ed. preferred).
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** in early childhood education, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/coordinator role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about working with young children and supporting teacher development.
- Familiarity with CBSE guidelines and best practices in early education.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
