Speech Therapist

**Role Description**

This is a full-time Speech Language Pathologist role at Karn Jiva Child Development Center located in Jaipur, with flexibility for some remote work. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for evaluating and treating children and adults with speech, language & swallowing disorders. The pathologist will also collaborate with other professionals to coordinate treatment plans and provide recommendations for parents and caregivers.

**Qualifications**
- Completion of a Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (RCI)
- Experience in evaluating and treating children & adults with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing treatment plans and conducting therapy sessions
- Knowledge of current best practices and evidence-based interventions for speech and language disorders
- The ability to effectively communicate technical information to parents, caregivers, and other professionals in a clear and concise manner
- Cultural competency and experience working with diverse populations is a plus

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
