**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings for building plans, layouts, and structural elements using AutoCAD.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and our in-house planning team to understand project requirements and deliver accurate drawings.
- Prepare municipal and government plan approval drawings (DTCP, CMDA, Panchayat, etc.).
- Revise designs and drawings based on client feedback or regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized drawing files and documentation.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an AutoCAD Designer or Draftsman (0-3 years experience preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or SketchUp is a plus.
- Understanding of civil/structural design and local planning regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Sheets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Anna Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
