Healthy2BFit is seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.
- **Responsibilities**:_

1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads.

4. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve campaign objectives.

6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization and innovation in digital marketing strategies.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and creative, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and marketing campaigns.

8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, including changes to search engine algorithms, social media platforms, and digital advertising regulations.

9. Provide regular reporting and insights on digital marketing performance to stakeholders, including senior management, to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- **Qualifications**:_

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for digital channels and communicate complex ideas effectively.

6. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize digital marketing campaigns.

9. Team player with excellent collaboration skills, who can work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
