**Job Summary**:
Responsible for accurate and timely billing, payment handling, and maintaining customer satisfaction during checkout. Ensures adherence to billing protocols and supports smooth store operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate accurate invoices through the POS system and ensure all bills are handed over to customers.
- Update accounting records with payments, balances, and customer information.
- Collect customer details (contact, address, etc.) and update them in the system.
- Obtain approvals for discounts, staff purchases, or credit bills as per company policy.
- Maintain positive customer interactions and assist with billing-related queries.
- Report daily billing summaries or discrepancies to the Store/Accounts Manager.
- Receive payments through various methods (cash, online payments etc.) and check for credibility.
- Send reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned.
- Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in billing or cashiering.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with POS and accounting systems.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
