We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Event Coordinator** to plan, execute, and oversee various events hosted by MX Business Network. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution, from concept to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate industry-related events such as the _Steel Day Conference_ and _Steel Construction Expo_.
- Manage all event logistics including venue booking, vendor management, catering, and equipment rentals.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
- Handle invitations, registrations, and follow-ups with attendees.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and schedules to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather event requirements and provide regular updates.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collect feedback post-event and assist in preparing reports for future improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in B2B or corporate environments.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and event management software.
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed for events.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
