Lilly’s Global Customer Support Programs (CSP)/patient services help achieve Lilly's

promise by focusing our expertise and resources directly on a positive patient experience

with Lilly brand.

As a member of the Global IT team you will join a dynamic group of IT professionals who

work diligently to support our patients across multiple countries including US, Japan,

solution to support the implementation of customer contact centers and a number of

digital patient engagement solutions including implementation of multichannel strategy

connecting our customers via their personal channel of preference. This includes Web,

Phone, Fax and Mobile Applications.

These programs are critical to Lilly’s future success with new products. Consumers

expect more than just a product in today’s service driven market and that requires us to

create world class customer services to enable patient’s access to our medications which

will help improve their lives.

The person in this role will work closely with CSP Integration Tech Lead, CSP architect,

business analysts, and service manager, and other patient support stakeholders within

Lilly to deliver on integration projects to connect Lilly’s platforms with external and internal

platforms.
