We are hiring for Warehouse Executive-Inward

Experience: 2-5 Years

Notice Period: Immediate/ 1 Month

Location: Mallapur, Hyderabad

**Salary**: 25k-35k

**Job brief**

**In charge of complete inventory process and overall inventory control that is Inwards/outward stock.** **Should have good analytical skills and ability to work under pressure**

**Inward Section**

Ø **Must to closely monitor Material inward and out ward (internal transfer)**

Ø **Ensure proper checking is done after receiving material, MRN & Quality check of goods received.**

Ø **Segregate stock according to schools and store, then stacking the material**

Ø **Co-ordination with business manager for sales figure/dispatch status**

Ø **Ensure that the vehicle unloading is done within 3 hours of reporting.**

Ø **To report discrepancy / damage in the goods within 24 hours of receipt**

Ø **Ensure stock in transit is not pending in the system for more than 20 working days**

Ø **Ensure stock variation is less than 0.01% of sale in any PSV2**

Ø **Ensure 100% defective materials received by the 20th of every month are returned to vendors by the 25th of the month**

Ø **Nil Pending Replacement at Month end**

Ø **Ensure cost reduction of at least 10% in secondary transportation over last year**

**Outward-Section**

Ø **In charge of Complete dispatch process and must have overall fulfillment/dispatch control**

Ø **Must to closely monitor Material dispatched and internally transferred**

i) **By checking parcels based on SO -- check with LR.**

ii) **-Co-ordination with supporting team members for proper Invoicing.**

Ø **Co-ordination with business dispatch planning**

iii) **Bulk sale**

iv) **Kitting for counter sale(Store and School)**

Ø **Ensure proper checking is done before sending material, Quality and quantity check.**

Ø **Co-ordination with stalls in charges / School/ Sales for on time dispatch**

Ø **Getting ready for dispatch of returns books by planning the Returns from schools, stores to be dispatched to publishers/ clients.**

Ø **Stocks is regularly checked and verified against accounting records and any short/excess will be properly investigated.**

Ø **Continuously improve all aspects of Dispatch section Warehouse, so that costs reduce**

Ø **Technical understanding of categories in stationery, publishing vendor, schools, state, center and ICSE syllabus knowledge will added advantage.**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
