**Job Opening: Franchise Executive**
We are currently hiring for the position of **Franchise Executive**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Management**: Handle leads assigned via the CRM dashboard on a daily basis. Keep track of every interaction, update lead statuses, and ensure all follow-ups are scheduled properly.
**Customer Communication**: Call and explain the product features, advantages, and the complete process clearly to potential customers. Build rapport and trust.
**Daily Follow-Ups**: Follow up on leads consistently—especially with customers who initially don’t respond. Place each lead in the appropriate follow-up template based on their interest and feedback.
**Meeting Coordination**:Once a customer is interested and agrees to a meeting, coordinate based on their comfort:
- Google Meet
- Visit to their location
- Visit to our Corporate Office
**Internal Coordination**: After a meeting is confirmed, share complete customer details with the Team Leader via WhatsApp to assign the lead to the future process
**Performance Targets**: Work towards daily lead closures and contribute to the team’s monthly closure.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
