Our client is one of the leading global banking firms which provides industry-focused services for clients across geographies. We are currently looking for a skilled professional to join their Transaction Banking Division in Bangalore as an Associate - Breach Reporting.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Analyse and escalate risk events or edge cases as per the organization’s legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Clarify facts pertaining to risk events and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness in subsequent regulatory submissions.
- Draft and submit accurate, clear, and concise reports to regulators, while also tracking progress on outstanding items and providing updates as necessary.
- Engage with stakeholders across various teams including Institutional Product, Business Governance & Controls, Operational Risk & Compliance, Frontline, Legal, and Operations.

**Role requirements**:

- Currently working in a Transaction Banking division of a global bank and having an overall experience of 6-8 years in banking and financial services industry.
- Experience in analysing operational errors against regulatory requirements, and accordingly writing concise reports to be submitted to the regulators.
- Strong background in assurance and compliance, including but not limited to identification of risk incidents, escalating events as per requirement, etc. Experience in operational risk is desirable.
