**We're** looking for Record to Report - Lease accounting professional, having technical depth in accounting functions, financial statement**s**

**Responsibilities**

**Understanding of Lease contract, Operating Lease vs. Capital Leases.**

**Record monthly lease journal entries and complete account reconciliations.**

**Prepare ad hoc reports as needed to support routine reviews,**accounting** and financial reporti**ng needs.**

**Build and**maintain** procedural documentation and training materials**

**Create and supervise a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets.**

**Recommend to** management any updates to accounting policies related to fixed a**ssets.**

**Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system.**

**Supervise the compilation of project costs into fixed**asset**, and close out those accounts once the related projects**has** been completed.**

**Reconcile the balance in the fixed ass**et subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger.**

**Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets.**

**Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.**

**Calculate asset retirement obligations for those fix**ed assets to which AROs are applicable.**

**Investigate the potential obsolescence of fixed assets.**

**Prepare and review audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and**assist** the auditors in their inquiries**

**Qualifications we**seek** in you**

**Minimum qualifications**

**B.**Com** Graduate**

**Excellent Reconciliation, Accounting & Reporting experience**

**Preferred qualifications**

**Chartered**Accountants(**CAs) will be more preferred**

**MS Excel & SAP knowledge is helpful**

**Client handling experience**
