**Position Overview**:
We at White Horse IELTS Academy are seeking a dynamic and experienced PTE Trainer to join our team and help students achieve their language proficiency goals. As a PTE Trainer, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch instruction, guidance, and support to individuals preparing for the Pearson Test of English (PTE) examination. If you are passionate about education, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong command of the English language, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive lesson plans and curriculum tailored to the specific needs of PTE test takers.
- Deliver engaging and interactive instruction to students, utilizing a variety of teaching methodologies and resources.
- Conduct mock tests and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their performance.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
- Create a supportive and motivating learning environment conducive to academic success.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and changes in the PTE examination format and scoring criteria.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall quality of instruction.

**Key Requirements**:

- Certification in teaching English as a second language (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the PTE examination structure, content, and scoring system.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning styles.
- Passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their academic goals.
- Previous experience as a PTE Trainer or English language instructor preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
