- **Ensure that all visual designs are of high quality and adhere to design standards and guidelines.**:

- **Maintain a high level of deliverables in accordance with directives from the stream lead or design lead.**:

- **Introduce / leverage new formats in design like Infographic, iPDF and other digital designs.**

**Primary Skills**:

- **7+ years of design and branding.**:

- **Experience working with advertising agencies or branding companies.**

**Secondary Skills**:

- **Maintain speed of execution and response upon deadline.**:

- **Foster collaboration with fellow designers on the team, as well as engage with members from various streams like marketing, digital, and communications.
