1. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns.

2. Product Knowledge: Having knowledge of products, features, and benefits.

3. Sales: Meeting sales targets, promoting products, and making recommendations.

4. Store Maintenance: Maintaining store appearance, restocking shelves, and ensuring merchandise is well-presented.
