**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for various precast construction projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and details using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and collaborate with project teams for design implementation.
- Work on 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization of architectural designs.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project specifications.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in the precast industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Strong understanding of precast construction methodologies and detailing.
- Experience in clash detection and coordination within BIM models.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
