Designation : Trainee Client Service Executive (Night shift-Voice process).

Job Location : Tidel Park in Taramani or Premises in Perungudi (Next to Perungudi EB office), Chennai(Location depends on project assigned)

Job Roles:

- Work in teams that process medical billing transactions and strive to achieve team goal In some cases
- To make calls to insurance companies or to the client to follow up on unpaid claims.
- To make calls to patients on behalf of doctor's office
- Absorb all business rules provided by the customer and process transactions with a high standard of accuracy and within the stipulated turnaround time
- Should be Willing to work in Night shift (5.30 PM to 2.30 or 8.30 PM to 5.30 AM-depends on project assigned)
- Should be willing to join immediately for work from office mode
- Any degree or Diploma(12+Diploma only) is mandatory
- Freshers from 2022 passed out onwards only
- Should have Excellent English communication skills(Written and oral)
- Should posses good typing skills and good knowledge in MS office(Excel Knowledge mandatory)
- Should be wiling to work for minimum 1 year
- Food facility available for all night shift employee.
- Medical insurance facility for all employees

Salary :For Freshers -Rs. 17750/- as CTC per month

For Experienced in AR calling/Patient calling process as per industry standards)

Pls ignore if already attended interview at SCIO/ SCYO within the past 2 months

Freshers or experienced in other field with excellent English communication skills can apply(From 2022 passed out onwards only).

Pay: ₹14,200.00 - ₹17,750.00 per month
