- **Respond to emergencies**: Respond quickly to emergencies, such as power outages
- **Manage budgets**: Manage maintenance budgets and expenses
- **Train staff**: Train and develop the maintenance team on safety and best practices
- **Manage contractors**: Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- **Reduce costs**: Find ways to reduce operating costs and conserve energy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
