**Job description -Staff Nurse**

To ensure guest satisfaction through the performance of nursing treatments and services as outlined in the Wellness treatment menu in accordance with Atmantan’s standards and procedures. To help manage and care for guest and staff sickness, providing 24 hour coverage on site.

**What are my responsibilities?**

Build 1. To provide medical assistance to the Wellness Advisors, particularly in assisting with diagnostics (blood pressure etc..) for the arrival consultations and ensuring that guests have no contra-indications for programmes and treatments.

2. Working with the Wellness Advisors, to continually monitor guests with medical conditions, to ensure that their programme and treatments are suitable and beneficial. To advise as necessary.

3. Maintain standards of all nursing services so that they are in compliance with Atmantan’s standards.

4. Ensure completion of all nursing reports e.g. management of guest and staff illness

5. To set up treatment rooms in preparation for daily operations, including managing necessary stock levels.

6. To dress treatment rooms (such as colonic room) with linen and towels in preparation for daily operations and to redress between each guest.

7. To provide a courteous welcome to each guest, helping to orientate them when they enter the treatment room, explaining the treatment/service they are to receive.

8. To only perform services that are outlined in Atmantan’s menu, adhering directly to the SOP for each treatment and ensuring that Atmantan’s standards of service and best practices are strictly adhered to.

9. To report any feedback from guests (positive or negative) to the Senior Nurse.

10. Record all guest treatment results including any issues that may have some up during a consultation or treatment.

11. To report for duty punctually, at least 15 minutes before shift time, adhering to correct dress code and grooming standards at all times, and attend all staff briefings as required.

12. To remain flexible and ready to carryout other duties and responsibilities as deemed reasonable by the Senior Nurse.

**Applicant Specifications**:
1. Minimum - Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

2. At least 2 years experience in a nursing role for a reputable hospital or clinic

3. Interest in alternative medicine approaches.

4. Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills (English and Hindi) and computer skills.

5. Must be able to work in a team environment.

6. Guest focused integrative, co-operative approach with guests and colleagues.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
