Mandatory Skills/ Technology
- CISCO Switches and Routers, Aruba, wireless and BGP.

1.Expert Knowledge of LAN switching technologies: STP, Trunking, Ether channel and good understanding of high availability fundamentals (HSRP and VRRP)

2. Good hands on experience on the load balancing concepts like - LACP, PaGP

3. Hands-on experience implementing and troubleshooting Aruba Central, SD branch, Wireless controller,

4. Good understanding of DHCP, DNS

5. Hands-on experience troubleshooting Cisco ISR routers, switches & Wireless controller, Extreme switches, Infoblox, Silverpeak

6. Strong hands on work experience with Cisco Nexus 9K, 5K, 2K devices. Cisco ASR, Cisco catalyst 9k, Cisco SDA.

7. Experience in implementing Cisco WLC, WAP.

8. Experience in designing, deploying and troubleshooting ACI, VDC, VPC, OTV, Fabric path, FCoE and Multi-tenancy in the datacenter.

9. Solving reported requests, incidents and network problems of complexity

10. Troubleshooting network link/device hardware/configuration issues, isolating the problem, fixing the problem

11. Install, configure and support large-scale production and corporate network infrastructure including routers, switches, console servers and equipment's.

12. Schedule and perform network maintenance, repair, and upgrade tasks as needed while limiting the impact on the production network

13. Very strong Layer 2 & 3 Networking skills solid BGP, IPV4,IPv6, Change management.

14. Troubleshooting the routing protocols like BGP, EIGRP, Static and OSPF and work with the ISPs and internal teams to resolve the issues

15. Experience working on CoS, QoS, WRED and related quality of service parameters

16. Working knowledge on MPLS, Metro Ethernet and Hub & Spoke concepts.

17. knowledge in working with telecom carriers, link issue resolution, telecom circuit provisioning/ issue fixing.

18. Creating new RMA requests through vendors for both replacement devices, as well as obtaining technical assistance when troubleshooting with devices.

19. Hands-on experience in working with tools like Service Now, Solar winds, cisco prime, Configuration Manager, Netflow Analyzer, etc.

20. should be adept at handling issues pertaining network or service outages, engage multiple SME teams and Customer management when requires

21. Timely reports to Management.
