**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented **SEO Executive** with 1-2 years of experience to lead our on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, results-driven, and understands both the strategic and technical aspects of SEO.

**Key Responsibilities**: **On-Page & Off-Page SEO**
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize website content, headings, meta tags, and URLs
- Execute internal linking strategies and content optimization
- Manage backlink outreach and link-building activities

**Technical SEO**
- Implement structured data/schema markup (rich snippets)
- Improve website speed and Core Web Vitals using tools like PageSpeed Insights
- Identify and fix crawl errors, broken links, and mobile usability issues
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits (sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, etc.)
- Optimize website architecture and URL structure for crawlability and indexing

**Analysis & Reporting**
- Monitor keyword rankings, traffic trends, and engagement metrics
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements
- Stay up to date with algorithm updates and SEO trends

**Collaboration**
- Work with the content and dev teams to implement SEO best practices
- Support marketing campaigns by aligning SEO with content strategy

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of SEO experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GTmetrix
- Familiarity with schema implementation, lazy loading, image optimization, and minification techniques
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
