Introduction

Responsibilities include:

- Process documentation
- Consolidation of weekly status reports and monthly metrics
- Conduct follow-ups with Project/Department teams on quality initiatives and compliance issues
- Assist the team in consolidation of project/department Risk Management
- Software configuration management reviews
- Assist the team in Internal Quality Audits of the management systems
- Information security awareness activities

Primary Skills:

- Basic knowledge on process frameworks like ISO 9001, 27001 etc.
- Knowledge on Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft office tools
- MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint

Secondary Skills:

- Attittude to learn new things
- Team player, Interpersonal and Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and presentation skills
- knowledge in tools - GitHub, JIRA, Trello, Basecamp etc. (good to have)
