Reports to: Laboratory Manager/Senior Scientist

Job Summary:
Perform laboratory tests, maintain equipment, and ensure quality results in compliance with NABL guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical

1. Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests (hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, etc.).

2. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment (analyzers, microscopes, etc.).

3. Collect and process patient samples.

4. Record and report test results accurately.

Quality Control

1. Adhere to NABL guidelines and ISO 15189 standards.

2. Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities.

3. Maintain accurate records of tests, results, and quality control data.

Safety and Biosecurity

1. Follow biosafety guidelines and protocols.

2. Handle biohazardous materials and chemicals safely.

Documentation and Communication

1. Maintain laboratory records, reports, and documentation.

2. Communicate test results to healthcare professionals and patients.

Training and Development

1. Participate in training programs for new techniques and technologies.

2. Stay updated on laboratory best practices.

**Requirements**:
Education

1. Diploma/B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT).

Experience

1. 2-3 years of experience in hospital laboratory settings.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
