Job Title: Junior Architect

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the team to develop innovative design concepts and solutions.

Assist in the preparation of drawings, models, and presentations for client meetings and project submissions.

Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to support design decisions.

Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure projects are progressing according to specifications.

Communicate effectively with team members, consultants, and clients to ensure project goals are met within established timelines and budgets.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rendering Softwares, MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
