**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide expert counseling to clients regarding visa processes for the UK, Europe, and Australia.

Review and verify documentation to ensure compliance with visa requirements.

Conduct follow-up calls with clients to ensure timely submission of documents and updates.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations and immigration policies.

Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to facilitate smooth visa processing.

**Requirements**:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Higher Secondary Certificate).

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred (International Relations, Business, or related fields).

Proven experience in visa counseling, filing, or immigration services preferred.

Strong understanding of visa processes for the UK, Europe, and Australia.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.

Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
