Overview

The HybridCloud Solution Architect will be part of a team which designs, builds and operates the global AWS, Azure and On-premises environments of Siemens Healthineers. He drives cloudification of On-premises workloads into public cloud.

Task and Responsibilities:
? Manage global datacenter transformation projects for the America region for Siemens Healthineers
- ? Define migration solutions for existing on-prem hosted environments and processes (e.g. R&D)
- ? Design, Building and Maintain cloud systems on Azure and AWS using all available services with focus on PaaS
- ? Build solutions that provide availability, performance, and stability in our systems, services, and products at scale
- ? Work in conjunction with our demand teams and business users to understand functionality, scalability, performance, security, and integration requirements
- Propose architecture using native Azure/AWS services, automation, and serverless technology in a complex multi-tenant environment
- Understand Siemens Healthineers information security requirements and drive adherence for cloud workloads
- Collaborate within organization to build secure IaaS, PaaS & SaaS environments in Azure and AWS
- Develop and maintain documentation for built Azure/AWS systems and procedures
- Build working relationships with Siemens Healthineers and business teams
- Evangelize cloud platform strategy & product portfolio towards the business stakeholders to overcome change resistance
- Embrace a culture of continuous service improvement and service excellence
- Stay current on cloud industry trend

Qualifications:

- Overall 7+ years experience in Cloud Technologies and recent 5 years particularly in Azure
- Experience with the implementation of cloud solutions in an enterprise environment
- Project Management certification or proven track-record
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on status, progress and risks
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- Azure solution architect certification along with other security certifications is a plus
- Knowledge of software development processes at scale is a plus
