**Desired Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role
- Familiarity with industry-specific content demands
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines
- Experience with online community building and brand promotion
- Understanding of content KPIs and metrics
- Familiarity with content strategy and planning
- Proven record of managing content calendars
- Exceptional writing and editing capabilities
- Familiarity with content management systems
- Strong research and fact-checking skills
- Proficiency in SEO tools and best practices
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to adapt writing styles for various platforms and audiences
- Proficiency in major writing software (e.g., MS Office, Google Docs)
- Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Produce engaging and informative content for diverse channels: blogs, websites, newsletters, social media, and more.
- Dive into industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor analysis to curate top-notch content.
- Uphold and refine our brand voice, ensuring consistency and authenticity across all content pieces.
- Integrate SEO best practices to maximize visibility in search engine results.
- Partner with the marketing and design teams to ideate, strategize, and create compelling campaigns.
- Ensure that content is error-free, grammatically sound, and adheres to our style guidelines.
- Revise content based on internal feedback or audience response to continuously improve.
- Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing milestones and industry events.
- Engage with our community, respond to content-related queries, and monitor metrics to gauge content performance.
- Stay updated with the latest content trends, writing techniques, and digital platform evolutions.
- Provide design feedback and guidance to junior team members or interns.
- Engage with clients to understand their content requirements.
- Ensure a seamless workflow through effective asset management and archiving.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
