**Role Overview**:
As an **Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer**, you will play a pivotal role in transforming conceptual ideas into visually compelling designs. This dual-role combines creative interior design expertise with advanced 3D visualization skills to produce photorealistic renderings that bring design concepts to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Interior Design**:

- **Concept Development**: Collaborate with clients and design teams to develop interior design concepts that align with client needs and project objectives.
- **Space Planning**: Create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts, considering spatial constraints and user requirements.
- **Material Selection**: Choose appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and color schemes that enhance the design vision.
- **Technical Drawings**: Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections using CAD software.
- **Client Presentations**: Present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.

**3D Visualization**:

- **3D Modeling**: Develop accurate 3D models of interior spaces using software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender.
- **Animations**: Produce walkthroughs and flythroughs to showcase design concepts dynamically.
- **Post-Production**: Enhance renderings using Photoshop or similar software to achieve high-quality visuals.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects and other design professionals to ensure visualizations align with design intent.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Graduate, Post Graduate in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years in interior design and 3D visualization.
- **Software Proficiency**: Expertise in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Blender), and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of spatial design, lighting, and materials.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with clients and team members.
