*Location:* Wada, Palghar

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Oversee production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Manage plant staff, including training and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with departments for timely deliveries and schedules.
- Maintain machinery and ensure smooth operations.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Identify and implement cost-effective solutions for process improvements.

*Requirements:*
- Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in managing plant operations.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in furnace manufacturing or metals processing preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
