**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about our training programs, courses, and services.
- Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Assist with the enrollment process, guiding students through the necessary steps.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting new students.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with potential students.
- Stay updated on our training programs and any new offerings to provide accurate information.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred.
- **Education**:Minimum qualification of High School Diploma; a degree in any discipline is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and inquiries efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A pleasant and professional phone demeanor.
