**Position**: BAMS Doctor
**Location**: Multi Specialty Hospital, Kangra, Himachal Pradesh
**Shift**: Night Shift (8 PM - 8 AM)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide medical care to patients during the night shift, addressing acute medical needs.
- Monitor patient health conditions, provide Ayurvedic treatment when appropriate, and recommend further treatment plans.
- Coordinate with other medical specialists, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Handle emergencies effectively and coordinate with the hospital's emergency services.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely follow-up of cases.
- Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.

**Qualifications**:

- BAMS degree from a recognized university.
- Valid registration with the appropriate medical board/council.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred (freshers may also apply).
- Ability to work independently during night hours.
- Strong interpersonal skills, compassion, and a patient-centered approach.
