We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Helper. As a Helper at NLN Machines, you will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing operations and ensuring smooth workflow within our production facility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the assembly and installation of automated manufacturing equipment under the guidance of senior technicians and engineers.
- Help with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
- Keep the workspace clean and organized to maintain safety and efficiency standards.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
