About the Role

As a Media Production Analyst, you will project manage media and course development projects. You'll build excellent relationships with stakeholders, to make sure that everyone's expectations are exceeded. You'll work with the team to continually improve our processes and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicating effectively with developers to agree on and manage schedule and costs for individual projects
- Planing, managing and delivering multiple projects within deadlines from development, editorial, and marketing perspectives, frequently reviewing priorities as needed
- Providing technical guidance around the development of media assets to our stakeholders to ensure the success of a project
- Building and maintaining great collaborative relationships with our working partners across the company, guiding vendors as appropriate
- Escalating issues to Senior Producer and Team Manager and work with them to deliver a successful solution
- Developing an understanding of how your contributions fit within the wider organization and connects to our Multimedia’s strategy**Requirements**:

- Possess excellent organizational and problem solving skills, with emphasis on order, quality and accuracy
- Show advanced understanding of all multimedia process/procedures and associated tools/systems to support scalable and standard projects
- Understand the demands created by changes in media and share this knowledge with partners and team members
- Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex content to a range of audiencesWork in a way that works for you
