**HIRING FOR - PARTNERSHIP EXECUTIVE - HOSPITALS**

We are a pioneering service in India that bridges the gap between healthcare-seekers and healthcare givers, fostering a mutually beneficial connection. Our innovative platform aims to reduce the cost of health products and services for healthcare seekers while simultaneously providing a larger client base to our partner healthcare institutions. We are currently seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Partnership Executives for hospitals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Represent the company at partner hospitals in the Delhi-NCR region, acting as a point of contact and building strong relationships with key personnel, including hospital management, department heads, and medical staff.
- Handle and address all queries related to our services and products within the hospital premises, providing clear and accurate information to potential clients and healthcare professionals.
- Promote the benefits and advantages of our platform to hospital staff, highlighting the cost-saving opportunities for healthcare seekers and the potential for increased patient traffic for the hospital.
- Collaborate with hospital management and relevant stakeholders to identify opportunities for mutual growth and improvement of our services within the healthcare facility.
- Organize and conduct presentations, workshops, and training sessions for hospital staff, effectively communicating the value proposition of our platform.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain hospital partners, ensuring the continuous expansion of our network.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive successful partnerships with hospitals.

**Location**:
**Compensation**
CTC: 2.5 - 4 LPA + Incentives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
