**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Accounting Operations
- Support the Manager to finalize accounts
- Audit facilitation and process support
- Ensuring fulfillment of all routine activities like payable/receivable, cash receipts, bank reconciliations, general ledger, payroll
- Responsible for all banking activities.
- Support role in taxation related work as directed by the Manager.

- Supervise and oversee the activities undertaken by

**Reporting & MIS**:

- Support MIS through MIS collation
- Regular reporting and MIS
- Support the Manager during the Budgeting process

**Relationship**:

- Maintain good relationships with all departments across the organisation
- Ensure that the accounts team fulfills the supportive function it is meant to play in organisation.
- Clear and concise communication regarding accounting processes.

**Processes & Documentation**:

- Proper filing and record maintenance for critical documents
- Ensure activity controls in day to day accounting
- Suggest improvements in systems and processes
- Follow proper accounting principles and methods

**Internal Communication & Support**:

- Regular communication to staff and management team on relevant processes ie. Payments, salary, tax related information etc.
- Query handling and supporting all departmental staff in matters related to banking, accounting.

**CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS**:
**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION**: B.Com

**YEARS OF EXPERIENCE**: 2+ years minimum in Accounts and Finance field

**AGE**:27 years and above

**WORK SKILLS**

Strong accounting background with end to end MIS & reporting skills

**OTHER SKILLS**

Tally/MS Excel/other accounting software

**ATTRIBUTES**

Organized, well planned, good interpersonal skills, team player
