**Responsibilities**: Responsible for smooth function of billing at the flagship unit & all the subsequent units.  Understand end to end on the billing software & its various scope pertaining to the field.  Responsible for both Cash/ Credit billing for both OP & IP patients.  Ensure all chargeable items are getting billed.  Collect & handover daily cash.  Accountable for the reduction of waiting time for the patients who requires admission.  Interacting with the patients regarding their billing related queries & handing over the treatment estimation.  Responsible for financial counselling the patients.  Responsible for Preauthorization, submission & dispatch of the bills for credit cases on a daily basis &following with the empanelled organizations for receivables on a daily basis.  Addressing the query raised by the empanelled organization within the TAT.  Preparing a credit outstanding report on a daily basis.  Preparing a reconciliation statement on a weekly basis.  Preparing daily reports (MIS, Admissions report, Discharges report, Expenditure report, Concession report, Duesreport etc).  Keeping the track of all marketing referrals from across the channel in coordination with the front office.  Coordinating with the credit business line (TPA/ Corporate) for preparing & submitting the documents for theempanelment  Carry out the billing audit for all the respective centres of Onco Cancer Clinics.  Training, delegating work & resolve issues in all centres of Onco Cancer Clinics.  Establishing the billing process for the flagship centre & all the upcoming Onco Cancer Clinics.  Preparing a tariff chart in coordination with operation head.  Collaborate with other departments to get and analyse additional information about patients to be able to record andprocess billing effectively

**What we are looking for**: Min Qualification Graduation / MBA/ PGDM.  At least 5 years of Exp in hospital billing (Cash/ Credit)  Person should have good communication  Having knowledge of submission & receivables  Exposure of oncology will be an advantage.  Good knowledge of MS office is must
