Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team in preparing and organizing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and the sales team, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, from order entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Hands on experience in Tender process for government & private sector
- Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to the sales team.
- Prepare regular reports for management to evaluate sales goals and achievements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Conduct research on potential clients and market segments to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the IT sector.
- Proven track record of supporting successful sales initiatives and achieving targets.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
