**Role: IT SAP BASIS Administrator**
**Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days**
- Partner closely with SAP to ensure environment service requests are understandable and prioritized appropriately Administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning of all S4 HANA environments (Private Cloud Edition).
- Monitor the installation and perform upgrades for the various environments.
- Coordinate teams on resolution of priority incidents Work with various Administrators to monitor and improve the performance of the instances.
- Guide S4 environment planning based on program roadmap needs,
- Work closely with project teams during build, test, and go-lives Be the focal point for all S4 related activities in the Change Review Board Follow change management practices, documentation, architecture and development methods for quality and adherence to software development lifecycle standards Experience in implementation of SAP systems.
- Experience utilizing external benchmarking to drive improvements.
- Experience working with integration of SAP Cloud Connect, CPI, BTP and SuccessFactors, Ariba & Concur (SaaS integrations) experiences.
- Provide all aspects of technical support for SAP Basis Administration in proactive and reactive modes, to ensure that SAP systems perform at optimized level to meet or exceed SLAs.
- Analyze daily system health checks across all SAP landscapes and provide various proactive measures to reduce any Audit or security breaches including availability of SAP Applications.
- Setup and ensure that all security or SOX guidelines and policies are followed for the S4 instances.
- Participate in meetings to discuss process improvements and operational issues.
- Collaborate with internal and vendor provided infrastructure teams (DBA, Storage, Backup, Linux) Work independently and lead teams (near shore/offshore)
