The **Computer Operator** will be responsible for overseeing the operation of computer systems, managing routine tasks, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting basic technical issues. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our IT infrastructure and assisting other departments with their computing needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Monitoring**: Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, ensuring they are running efficiently and troubleshooting minor issues as they arise.
- **Data Entry**: Perform data entry tasks as needed, including inputting, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and systems.
- **System Operation**: Operate computer systems and software to execute programs, process data, and produce reports or other outputs as required by different departments.
- **File Management**: Organize, update, and maintain electronic files and records, ensuring they are accessible and correctly stored.
- **Job Scheduling**: Schedule and execute automated tasks, such as batch processing, backups, or routine maintenance jobs.
- **Report Generation**: Generate reports from various systems, databases, or software programs, and distribute them to the appropriate team members or departments.
- **Technical Support**: Provide basic technical support to end-users for computer-related issues, including troubleshooting hardware/software problems.
- **Backup and Recovery**: Ensure regular data backups are performed and assist with data recovery processes when needed.
- **Inventory Management**: Track and maintain an inventory of hardware and software resources used within the organization.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of system processes, troubleshooting steps, and other relevant information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
