**Job Title**: Admission Counselor cum Trainer (Study Abroad Exams: IELTS, CELPIP, PTE, and Spoken English)

**Job Summary**:

- Deliver engaging and effective classroom or online training for IELTS, CELPIP, PTE, and Spoken English, ensuring students develop the skills required to excel in these exams.
- Design and implement course curriculums, study materials, mock tests, and practice sessions tailored to the varying needs of students.
- Provide personalized feedback and strategies to help students improve their test performance.
- Stay current with the latest exam patterns, scoring guidelines, and teaching methodologies for these exams.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Conduct group seminars and one-on-one counseling sessions to inform students about various international education pathways.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote study abroad programs and training courses, both online and offline.
- Provide detailed reports on student progress and develop action plans to meet individual performance targets.
- Participate in education fairs, workshops, and promotional events to attract prospective students.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, English, Counseling, or related fields.
- Certification or proven experience in IELTS, CELPIP, PTE, and Spoken English training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide students toward achieving their academic goals.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- A passion for helping students succeed and an empathetic approach to counseling.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
