**Role: Trial Booking Executive (Contractual)**

**Location: Mumbai (Currently remote)**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- There are no sales involved. Calls will be made using the VoIP app and no mobile recharge/payment has to be done by the executive for the phone calls.
- Bookings will be done using the company's in-house CRM and leads will be managed using Google Sheet.
- These are not cold leads but have visited our website/social media page.
- The executive is expected to make 175-225 calls and register 25-30 bookings per month.

**Required Qualification and Experience**:

- Excellent English Communication
- Good understanding of Google Sheet
- Experience in Tele calling will be preferred

**Must have**:

- Laptop/desktop with webcam and microphone & a smartphone
- A new sim with a regular version of WhatsApp. The initial cost of a sim will be re-imbursed. Also, the booking agent will not contact the parent on WhatsApp by personal number.

**Job Types**: Fresher, Contractual / Temporary, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
