**PR & Partnership Alliances Manager**

Balance Nutrition is a complete online i.e. web and mobile-based health care solutions company catering to issues such as obesity, and Lifestyle & chronic disorders management like Diabetes, Thyroid, Cholesterol, PCOS, Kidney liver, and GI disorders, with super specialization in disease disorder management with a client base of over 35000+ across 75 countries. In the coming year, we are aiming to come up with new product launches through our app.

The next fiscal year will see a big leg up in our operations and scale, as we become a Mobile-first company

The PR & Partnership Alliances is a critical role in building and maintaining relationships & managing public relations activities and driving strategic partnerships for the organization. This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of PR strategies, media relations, and partnership development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with the organization's strategic goals.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential partners.
- Initiate and nurture relationships with potential partners, including conducting meetings and negotiations.
- Collaborate with legal and business teams to negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
- Coordinate joint planning sessions and collaborative projects with partners.
- Monitor partnership performance against predefined metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reports on partnership activities to our founder.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for PR campaigns and partnership initiatives.
- Coordinate and align messaging and communication strategies across departments and teams.
- Foster strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, such as marketing, sales, and executive teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing to maximize partnership and PR opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations on industry trends and competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
