As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. You will work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in the general ledger.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Manage and process payroll, ensuring correct calculations and deductions.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Prepare and submit tax filings, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits and implement recommendations.
- Support management with financial decision-making and reporting.
- Maintain effective internal controls and ensure confidentiality of financial data.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an accountant.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, SAP, etc.) and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,136.43 - ₹22,364.27 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
