**Role and Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information.
- Conduct cold calling to promote restaurant offers and services.
- Upsell and cross-sell menu items to enhance guest experience and boost sales.
- Support daily restaurant operations, including order management and coordination.
- Assist in vendor communication and inventory tracking.
- Maintain front desk organization and restaurant hygiene standards.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues as needed.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in any field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and restaurant operations is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
