**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry & Management**:
Inputting, managing, and organizing data efficiently using Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
- **Document Preparation**:
Creating, formatting, and editing documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- **Digital Marketing Assistance**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- **Reporting**:
Creating basic reports, data analysis, and presentations for the management team using Excel and PowerPoint.
- **Communication**:
Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and completion.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in digital marketing or Graphic-related fields are a plus.
- **Skills Required**:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint**:

- Strong knowledge of Excel functions, formulas, and data manipulation.
- Ability to create professional documents and presentations.
- **Basic Digital Marketing Knowledge**:

- **Computer Operations**:

- Ability to operate and troubleshoot basic office software and hardware.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in office administration or digital marketing is a plus but not required.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO tools, or social media management tools
- Experience with content creation or copywriting is a plus.
