Purchase Executive

**Department: Procurement / Supply Chain**

Reporting To: Purchase Manager / Production Head

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Source and procure plastic, and packaging components required for home appliances (e.g., fans, geysers, mixer grinders, irons, etc.).

2. Identify reliable vendors for PCBs, motors, heating elements, plastic moulded parts, and wiring components.

3. Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate best pricing, payment terms, and lead times.

4. Prepare and process purchase orders as per company standards and ensure timely approvals.

5. Follow up with vendors for on-time delivery and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.

6. Coordinate with the store, production, quality, and accounts teams for material planning and stock reconciliation.

7. Maintain and update supplier database, cost sheets, and material master data.

8. Conduct regular market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and new suppliers.

9. Track imported materials (if any) and coordinate with logistics for delivery and clearance.

10. Support the management in achieving procurement cost targets and maintaining vendor relationships.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Good knowledge of electrical/electronic components and plastic parts used in home appliances.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiar with BUSY / SAP / ERP systems.
- Vendor management and analytical ability.
- Time management and problem-solving approach.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Commerce, or Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in purchase/procurement in home appliances or electrical goods industry Would be prefer.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
