**Job Overview**

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented **SEO Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing our website’s search engine rankings and driving organic traffic through effective on-page and off-page SEO techniques. Your responsibilities will include conducting keyword research, tracking search engine performance, and ensuring the website remains optimized to stay competitive on the Search Engine Results Page (SERP).

To succeed in this position, you will need to assess the website’s performance and identify areas for improvement. You will also collaborate with the content team to create engaging and SEO-friendly content. In addition, strong communication skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to stay current with Google’s algorithm updates will be essential.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis both on-site and off-site.
- Perform keyword research to guide content development.
- Write engaging and optimized SEO content in collaboration with the content team.
- Regularly update and optimize website content for SEO performance.
- Maintain and monitor the website to ensure SEO standards are met.
- Implement effective link-building strategies.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to align SEO efforts with broader marketing goals.
- Use analytics tools to evaluate website performance and user behavior.
- Suggest improvements to enhance website performance and SEO ranking.
- Measure and report on the ROI of SEO efforts and overall website success.
- Stay informed about the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, IT, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an SEO Executive, SEO Specialist, or in a similar SEO-focused role.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition.
- Proficiency with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite).
- Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and their impact on SEO.
- In-depth understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in SEO and SEM.
- SEO certification (e.g., Google SEO Certification) is a plus.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
