With reference to our discussion, we are hiring **Officer Payable & Receivable **for our Finance teamto be based at **Coimbatore** location.

Years of experience : 2 to 5 Years (B.Com or MBA, M.Com Must )

Purpose of Job

1) To track and record all financial transactions of the organization

2) Handle all bank related transactions

Roles And Responsibility
- Prepare Sales invoice workings summary.
- Generate Sales invoices from tally for all divisions.
- Reconcile with Debtors statements and its relevant reports.
- Accounting of Purchase invoices for all the divisions
- Accounting of Contractor invoices and Labour wages bills
- Reconcile with Creditors statements and its relevant reports.
- Prepare the Bank payments to Vendor and Contractors
- Prepare employee and consultant salary and wages.
- Preparation of Bank reconciliation statement on periodically
- Checking Invoices, bills and Vouchers filing and records maintenance
