Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging logistics, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
- Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries or recommendations
- Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, organizing files, and managing office supplies
Qualifications:
- Graduation and post-graduation in any stream
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, secretary, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Minimum 10 to 14 years experience in Export house
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
