**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop new collections for women's shirts, T-shirts, dresses, and coord sets.
- Research global fashion trends and incorporate them into design concepts.
- Create mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure design feasibility and production efficiency.
- Work with fabrics, colors, and trims to create innovative designs.
- Maintain knowledge of fashion industry trends, competitor analysis, and market demands.
- Oversee the sample development process and make necessary adjustments to prototypes.
- Ensure that all designs align with JuElle's brand vision and quality standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in women’s wear fashion design, with a portfolio showcasing shirts, T-shirts, dresses, and coord sets.
- **Education**: Degree in Fashion Design or related field is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other design software. Knowledge of garment construction and têxtile properties.
- Strong creativity with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
