**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Liaising with the copywriter and creative head to create visual communications for the brand and products.

2. Briefing and advising the brand with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales.

3. Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations packaging and e-commerce content.

4. Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size by design standards.

5. Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief and presenting them on a mock-up when required.

6. Editing and reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required, while comparing to competition.

7. Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.

8. Adherence to the Brand Identity and the collaterals required to maintain the brand’s image at all times.

9. Must be able to design user interfaces and experience in various digital platforms.

10. To stay up to date with design and technological advancements.

11. To be able to innovate the visual experience of Brands in both Print and Digital Space.

12. Working with a wide range of media and using graphic design software.

13. Thinking creatively and developing new design concepts, graphics and layouts.

14. Work as part of a team as well as lead copywriters, designers etc.

15. Schedule project/task implementation and define budget constraints.

**Minimum Entry Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in similar field.
- Previous experience working as a Graphic Designer.
- Advanced analytical and design skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry and market trends.
- Ability to visualize theoretical products and design ideas.

**Minimum Experience**
- Worked in a Graphic Designing role as a designer or head of design for an electronics / appliances / automobile industry with 4-6 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with computer aided design tools
- Experience with design programs (like Illustrator and Photoshop)
- In-depth knowledge of Designing software

**Essential Knowledge**
- Basic tools of designing
- Material Knowledge (Smart Drinking Water bottle, Electronics Gadgets)
- Computer software like Illustrator, Photoshop, New AI technology & CorelDRAW

**Pay Scale**:Between Rs. 30000 to Rs. 50000 (Per Month)

**Office Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Office Timings**: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
